Today marks the fourth anniversary of my business, and what a journey it has been!
In these past four years, I've had the privilege of working with over 500 clients, helping them transform their careers and find success and happiness in their professional lives. It's been an incredible experience, and I feel honoured to have been able to make a difference in so many lives. So why do I love what I do? For me, it's all about the magic. When I say "magic," I don't mean waving a wand and making all your problems disappear (although that would be pretty cool). What I mean is the transformative power of finding the right career path. When you're doing work that aligns with your passions, strengths, and values, it can feel like magic. Suddenly, you're energised and motivated in a way you never thought possible. You're excited to get up in the morning and tackle the day. You're making a difference in the world and feeling fulfilled in the process. That's the kind of magic I aim to bring to every client I work with. It's not always easy - career transformations can be hard work, and there are often bumps in the road. But when you see the lightbulb go off for someone, when they realise that they're capable of achieving their dreams and that they have the power to create their own success, it's a feeling unlike any other. That's what keeps me going, even on the tough days. Over the past four years, I've helped clients from all walks of life - from recent college graduates just starting out, to mid-career professionals looking for a change, to Senior Directors in charge of multi-million-pound organisations, to retirees embarking on a new chapter, from a variety of industries. No matter who I'm working with or what their background is, the core of what I do remains the same: helping people find their purpose and create a fulfilling career path. So, on this fourth business birthday, I want to say thank you. Thank you to all my clients, past and present, for putting your trust in me and allowing me to be a part of your journey. Thank you to my colleagues and friends in the career coaching and CV writing communities, for your support and inspiration. And thank you to anyone who's reading this blog - I hope it inspires you to take a step towards your own career transformation, and to find your own touch of magic along the way. Here's to many more years of helping people find their purpose and create their own success. #careertransformation #careerjourney #careerdevelopment #successstories #careeradvice #careerstrategy #transformyourcareer #findyourpurpose #careerhappiness #businessbirthday #smallbusiness #entrepreneurship #celebrations
