* A fully itemised invoice confirming the cost and details on how payment is to be made.
Full payment needs to be made within 48 hours of the "Right Fit" Discovery Call.
* Any relevant questionnaires to be completed.
These must be completed and returned within the next 5 working days from the "Right Fit" Discovery Call.

- You are solely responsible for ensuring that all of the information provided by you (through the career questionnaire, existing CV, where provided and during the "Right Fit" Discovery Call, is true, accurate and up-to-date as "The Career Owl" will use this information to form the basis of your CV support and/or other support, where applicable.
- No responsibility will be accepted for any information which is subsequently found to be false or misrepresented.
- Once you receive the final career support work, such as CV and LinkedIn Profile Optimisation report, it is your document and you hold the final responsibility for ensuring its accuracy.
- "The Career Owl" will rectify any errors free of charge provided we are notified of them in writing within 3 working days of completion of the career support. This applies to errors made by us and does not include general amendments or updates.
- Whilst "The Career Owl" will do my utmost to produce a CV that will help you to gain interviews, we do not accept responsibility if you are not successful in doing so or indeed in completing a successful interview.
- "The Career Owl" does not accept any responsibility for changes in formatting that are made by you or made by us at your request.
- Full payment needs to be made within 48 hours of the "Right Fit" Discovery Call and work will not commence until this has been actioned.
- Please note that should the work not be returned within the timescales detailed above and if there is a price increase during the process of undertaking your assignment "The Career Owl" reserves the right to request payment of the price differential.
- Once the process has started and "The Career Owl" has produced the first draft and sent to you, if you fail to respond within 14 calendar days, we reserve the right to impose additional charges.
- If payments are reversed by the bank for any reason whatsoever, you will reimburse "The Career Owl" for the cost of any related bank charges.
- You will need to reimburse "The Career Owl" for the cots of pursuing payment of the debt subject to a minimum fixed charge of £60.00 plus any associated court and legal costs.
- If you are late for the "Right Fit" Discovery call we reserve the right to curtail the meeting in line with the agreed timings.
- If you fail to attend the discovery call, we will send a follow up email offering to reschedule this once more. If you fail to attend the rescheduled meeting we reserve the right to decline offering you the support.
- Following the completion of our 30-minute discovery call an acknowledgement email will be sent confirming the following:-

- Following receipt of payment, an acknowledgement email will sent confirming receipt of the payment.
- Once in receipt of the payment and completed paperwork, if within the 5 working days as detailed above, it normally takes "The Career Owl" up to 10 working days to complete the agreed career support. Documents will be sent via email.
- If any changes are made to your career support we will confirm and agree this.
- Once we have sent you the agreed career support e.g. CV or LinkedIn Optimisation report, started work on the job search or prepared for the interview coaching a refund will not be granted in any circumstances.
- "The Career Owl" reserves the right to decline any client or assignment at our sole discretion e.g. not compatible with our personal values, work not in our current service suite etc.
