About Me
First and foremost, I am a wife and mother to a lovely son. Alongside my family life, I have built a varied career spanning both operational and HR roles, which gives me a unique perspective and the ability to apply this diverse experience when working with my clients.
I am a Chartered Member of the CIPD and hold a BA (Hons) Degree in Business Administration with Human Resources Management, complemented by a range of other qualifications. Additionally, I am accredited in TTI Insights ®️ DISC profile feedback, which enables me to provide valuable insights into leadership and communication styles.
Early on, I realised that a traditional 9-5 role wasn’t the right fit for my family. Reflecting on my career, I remembered how much I enjoyed helping others secure their dream roles while delivering career support training at DHL and Central England Co-operative. This inspired me to establish my own business, where I take great pride in helping clients achieve their aspirations by finding solutions tailored to their personal circumstances.

In addition to my “day job” and my role as a mum, I am passionate about giving back to the community. I volunteer as an Enterprise Advisor with two secondary schools in Tamworth, helping them develop effective career strategies that equip pupils with the knowledge and skills needed for the world of work.
In May 2021, I became a member of the British Association of CV Writers (BACVW) in recognition of my work as a professional CV writer in the UK. By November 2021, I was invited to join the Board, where I now serve as Secretary and Treasurer.
I am especially passionate about supporting those in leadership roles or those aspiring to leadership, helping them navigate their career journeys with confidence. My blend of HR expertise, leadership insights, and DISC profiling accreditation allows me to provide tailored guidance that empowers my clients to succeed.
