Meet Kathryn
Your guide in your career transformation and leadership journey.

First off, I’m a wife and a proud mum to a wonderful little boy, and honestly, family is my biggest joy. Alongside that, I’ve built a career that’s a mix of operational and HR roles, which gives me a really broad perspective. It also means I can connect with clients in a meaningful way, especially those navigating tricky leadership challenges.

I’m a Chartered Member of the CIPD and hold a BA (Hons) in Business Administration with Human Resources Management. On top of that, I’ve done additional qualifications in Career Coaching and Executive Coaching Practice with Full Circle Global. I’m also accredited in TTI Insights®️ DISC profiling, which helps me give clients a clear picture of their leadership and communication styles and how to make them work best for them.

After a career break after the birth of my son, I realised the standard 9–5 didn’t fit with the life I wanted for my family going forward (my husband is self employed as well). I started thinking about what really energised me, and it came back to career support and training. I’d spent time doing that at DHL and Central England Co-op, helping people find their path and it was so rewarding that I decided to start my own business.

Since then, I’ve had the chance to work with hundreds of clients across a huge range of sectors: from accountancy and finance, business development, charity work, creative industries, IT, engineering, sales, operations, and TV production, to art historians, customer success, horse dressage, decorating material sellers, medical suppliers, bakeries, estate management, coaching, housing, Kickstart programmes, animal welfare, biotechnology, interior design, biomolecular technology, publishing, EV companies, vehicle manufacturers, resolution services and research companies, the list is endless. It’s been incredible helping people step into their potential and succeed.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me exploring places with my son and husband. Over the years, we’ve visited spots across the UK and Europe: including Jersey, Isle of Wight, Yorkshire, Cornwall, Norfolk, the Cotswolds, Wales, Cheddar, and Matlock, to name just a few.

I’m also passionate about giving back. I volunteer as an Enterprise Advisor with a couple of secondary schools in Tamworth, helping them shape meaningful careers programmes for pupils. One of the schools even had their careers provision highlighted in a recent Ofsted report, which was a proud moment: “A comprehensive and high-quality careers programme is in place for all pupils. Pupils engage enthusiastically with this programme. This prepares them well for the next stages of their lives.”

I’m a member of the British Association of CV Writers (BACVW) and was honoured to join the Board as Secretary and Treasurer in 2021 - another rewarding experience.

If you’ve seen my photos (shout out to the amazing Katie Needle for capturing them!), you might have noticed that I love pink, teal and navy, these are totally my vibe, both personally and professionally.

What really drives me is supporting current and aspiring leaders to take control of their careers, whether that’s creating executive-level CVs, prepping for interviews or understanding how their leadership style impacts their teams. I love offering practical, tailored guidance that genuinely makes a difference.

If you’re looking for someone to help you move forward in your leadership journey, I’d genuinely love to chat.
