About Me
First and foremost I am a wife and mother to a lovely son. I also have a varied career history having worked in both operational and HR roles so feel it brings a uniqueness to my skills and understanding and can apply this when working alongside my clients.
Plus I am a Chartered Member of the CIPD along with a BA (Hons) Degree in Business Administration with Human Resources Management along with a variety of other qualifications.

I quickly realised that a 9-5 role wasn't going to suit my family and remembered that my passions lie in helping others to secure their dream role having delivered career support training in previous roles at DHL and Central England Co-operative.

Outside of my normal "day job" and being a Mummy I volunteer with 2 secondary schools in Tamworth in the role of Enterprise Advisor, supporting them with developing their career strategy to support the pupils with exploring their future career options and gaining the skills for the world of work.
In May 2021 I became a member of the newly formed British Association of CV Writers (BACVW) in recognition of my work as a professional CV writer in the UK and in November 2021 was invited to become a member of the Board (and am now Secretary and Treasurer).
