That’s the heart of my work.
Long before I launched The Career Owl, I spent years volunteering as a Brown Owl, helping young girls grow in confidence, resilience and independence. It was my first experience of guiding others to see their strengths clearly, the same work I now do with adults navigating their careers.
When I set up my business, my husband suggested the name The Career Owl. He said it captured the way I’ve always supported people: steady, perceptive and focused on helping them find their way forward.

QUESTION 2: WHAT IS THE RIGHT FIT DISCOVERY CALL?
The "Right Fit" Discovery call is a 30-minute meeting between you and me to determine if there’s a good match between what you need and what I can offer. During this call, we’ll discuss your goals, challenges and requirements, as well as the services that are most suitable and my approach to the work. The aim is to ensure we both have a clear understanding of what’s needed and can decide whether moving forward together would be beneficial.

After our call, I will send you two questionnaires to complete within the next five working days, along with an invoice for payment due within 48 hours; once payment is received, this constitutes our contract.
